Brocks.ca ships to Canada only at this time.
CURBSIDE PICKUP - If you choose curbside pickup, we will send you an email when your order is ready. The instructions will be in the email.
LOCAL DELIVERY - From time to time we offer this service when we have the staff to do it! We also offer it during COVID shutdown periods to assist our local customers. Please only choose this option if you live in the following areas:
Scugog - Uxbridge - Oshawa/Whitby -Courtice/Bowmanville - Ajax/Pickering - Stouffville - Aurora - Newmarket -
- Brock Township - Lindsay
If you live outside our delivery area and you choose this option, you will be contacted for alternate delivery options
that may involve a shipping charge.
SHIPPING - Canada Post is responsible for general shipping requirements of brocks.ca. Shipping is free for orders totaling $100 before tax. A flat fee of $10 will apply if the order is under $100.
Brocks.ca will send you a shipping confirmation by email when we ship your item - generally between 1 and 3 business days, after your order is taken.
If the item you have ordered is out of stock or temporarily delayed, we will inform you of the delay and wait for your approval to proceed. If you wish to change your method of shipping, we will be happy to do so at your request and adjust your shipping rate accordingly.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or statutory holidays.
*Orders Shipping to the Territories/Nunavut are shipped through Canada Post. Additional shipping charges may apply. Please contact us for shipping rates. Standard service can take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery, and Express Service can take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery*
Brocks.ca offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with what you have purchased, please return your product(s) for a full refund or exchange, within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to return: Login into your account - select completed orders - choose the order you wish to return and click the Return items button. Follow the directions and record the RMA #. All products and packaging must be returned in their original condition. Please include your packing slip with your return. Ensure that the RMA# is visible on the outside of the package and on the paperwork. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Orders that are placed on www.brocks.ca may also be returned to a Brock's retail location. No pre-authorization is required in-store. During lockdown this can also be done curbside but will require you to set up an appointment with us.

Damaged or defective product: Follow the process above to return the item. Ensure that you select Damaged or defective from the menu when asked. Upon receipt and assessment of the item, your refund will include the freight charge for the return.
